Gate Tickets
Prices are provisional and are subject to change without notice.
Gate tickets are valid on the day of purchase only.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The show will go on Rain or Shine, unless cancelled in its entirety. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
Advance Tickets
All applicants for Tickets acknowledge and agree that Tickets, as well as admission to the Event, shall be granted in the Event Organiser’s sole discretion.
The Event Organiser, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person behaving dangerously or inappropriately. Admission and security representatives of the Event Organiser reserve the right to refuse entry and to eject anyone from the Event, without limitation, for safety and health reasons.
Tickets are valid for admission on any day of the Event.
Tickets are valid for a fixed number of admissions, or "check-ins", indicated on the Ticket only and can not be changed.
Multi-day tickets can only be used one time per event day.
It is the ticket purchasers responsibility to ensure the security of their ticket(s). If a ticket owner believes they have lost their ticket or it may have become accessible to persons the ticket was not intended, they should report this to the show organisers immediately so new tickets may be generated and previous tickets voided. Admission will not be granted if a ticket has been used fraudulently and all available admissions used. You will be required to pay for a new ticket.
Tickets should not be resold. Resold tickets increase the risk of fraudulent usage. Avoid paying twice, only purchase an advance ticket from the Overlord Show Website.
Some tickets require proof of eligibility which must be presented at check-in. Failure to provide proof eligibility will require the ticket holder to pay for a new ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable in any instance outside the control of the organisers.
The Event will go on Rain or Shine, unless cancelled in its entirety. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before you travel.
In the circumstances that the Event is cancelled you will have the option for either, a full refund, or to defer your Ticket to the next year.
The organisers will not be responsible for any additional costs occurred by ticket holders in the event of cancellation.
